The current scenario, one is forced to stay at home. People initially were so happy to hear about the lockdown because they were thinking it has been really long that we could catch a break! Now finally they could its becoming more and more difficult to spend the time. The increase in the lockdown became stressful with burden of work from home. The Extra dose of social media and increased use of Netflix and Amazon prime was initially bearable but is becoming constantly boring day by day.. Initially it was blissful; we were happy and enjoyed the family time.
Now the common has become boring and the heart wants to look for diversity it is totally not willing to engage in the same old behaviours.
Humans are bored very easily o they look for new things to try out.
Similarly we would look at the new things that can be tried for in the next phase three of the lockdown period.
Reading Is exploring
This time is a great period to understand facts and read about the likings. People by now have read mostly that was available at home. But during this period, one can download materials online and sharpen the their skills.

Short term online course to improve the skill can be a very good way of utilizing the extra-time. Students and professionals can enrol themselves for courses that award credit hours to the, this is improve their chances to get better marks and can enhance their CVs. For the others they can also enrol in courses online to learn a language of develop critical thinking and common sense.
Mastering a skill
In the age of technology people usually don't practice skills which were common in the past like, sewing, knitting, crocheting, these skills have beneficial effects on the mind as they can help a person relax and also be creative.
